A “SCUOLA DI VITA” PER IL SECONDO ANNO: GLI STUDENTI DELLA SCUOLA SECONDARIA INCONTRANO IL CAMPIONE PARALIMPICO FANCESCO BETTELLA
Una bella mattinata quella di mercoledì 22 febbraio, durante la quale le studentesse e gli studenti della Scuola Secondaria di 1° Grado hanno partecipato all’incontro con Francesco Bettella, atleta paralimpico specializzato nella disciplina del nuoto.
Grazie alle sue doti empatiche e comunicative, Francesco ha messo in evidenza quanto la sua determinazione e la sua forza di volontà siano state decisive per superare barriere fisiche e culturali legate alla disabilità.
L’incontro è stato incentrato sull’inclusione e sui sani valori e principi che caratterizzano la disciplina sportiva: dall’accettazione di sé al rispetto dell’avversario, dalla determinazione nel raggiungere gli obiettivi alla condivisione delle vittorie. Un momento che ha creato emozione particolare lo si è vissuto quando Francesco ha mostrato, e fatto toccare con mano, le medaglie olimpiche vinte a Tokyo 2020 nelle specialità dei 50 metri e 100 metri dorso.
Un sentito grazie a Francesco per averci regalato questa mattinata di confronto, un appuntamento che da un punto di vista educativo ha arricchito molto i nostri studenti e che non poteva non essere accolto dalla comunità scolastica e dal dirigente Agostino Masolo, sempre molto attento alla collaborazione interistituzionale per arricchire i momenti di confronto e crescita a favore delle studentesse e degli studenti.
